以前5438a可以正常使用，突然间发现程序下载不进去，并且一上电芯片就开始发热。
当用表测试Vcc和Vss竟然是短接的！
希望各位工程师能不能给我方法怎样检测芯片的好坏？

1. 把MSP430F5438A芯片焊下来，再用表测Vcc和Vss是不是短接，如果还是短接，且没焊芯片的板子的Vcc和Vss还不短接的话，极有可能芯片就是坏了。
2. 同时，换一个新的芯片上去，看看短不短接，能否正常下载程序，如果可以，那么前一个芯片还满足1，那前一个芯片真的坏了。
