我用的elprotronic 的usb-msp430-FPA2.0 JTAG下载程序到msp430f5418里面，总是提示 “Fatal error: Could not find device (or device not supported)   Session aborted! ”，

请问是什么原因？我检查硬件应该没有问题，我用的是IAR5.5的编译环境。
