1、你的表述并不准确，FR573X确实在LPM3等模式下比Flash的产品功耗高，但是在需要数据记录的情况下，写FRAM比写FLASH功耗要低得多。
2、如果需要更优的待机功耗，楼主可以看下金刚狼系列MFP430FR5969
