需要安装CCSv5 在 CCSv5中打开使用。

另外，一般装了CCS后，你可以在如下路径找到：C:\ti\CCS5_4_0\ccsv5\ccs_base\msp430\msp430ware_1_40_00_26
在CCS中要调出来的话，View--TI Resource Explorer.
