对不起，之前的回答有误。
片上多个的DVCC，DVSS以及AVCC，AVSS都需要在外部连接。
只连一个也可能可以工作，但不是稳定的做法。
之所以有多个VCC和VSS是因为芯片内部各个模块的位置不同，它们的供电的引出脚位置也不相同
