买了一个用来学习430的开发。

在http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/EZ430-Chronos?DCMP=Chronos&HQS=Other+OT+chronoswiki上下载了

Control Center for windows(链接地址为：www.ti.com/.../slac341)

在windows Xp 和Windows 7上面安装后，点击“copy system time”，均有如下问题，见截图：
