你主频设置的多少，TIMER的时钟源设置的什么?
如果你要测试一个方波，你的时钟频率就不能太低。
另外可以贴出你的代码.
捕获计数时钟源要高频那样通过求平均误差会小。还有就是程序设计错误会导致测量结果偏差大。可以参考TI关于捕获的源程序
