有几个问题用户指南里没找到，先上图：

问题1：P4口带的这两个串口和P3口带的串口有何不同？为什么P4口的串口有PM两个字？这两个字是什么意思？

问题2：如果我已经用P4.0~P4.3作为UCB1的SPI使用，那么，P4.4和P4.5是否还能被用作UCA1的UART？波特率设置会有影响吗？P4.3这个引脚会干扰吗？
