意义：采保时间等于SHI信号的时间，SHI信号可来之ADC12SC或者3个timer的触发，意思是可以根据用户需求设置任意长短的采保时间
意义：采保时间由ADC时钟与采保周期数的配置决定，即其采保时间等于ADC12CLK*ADC12SxT0x.
