关于MSP430F5438的UDP协议传输速率问题

我的毕设做的是通过MSP430F5438采用UDP（最好是TCP）协议，将传过来的数据进行处理，然后通过网口和DSP联接起来，现在DSP那边已经做好，就差430这一块了。。。请问430使用UDP或者TCP协议，数据的传输速率是多少呢，能否达到4Kbps呢？谢谢
