5XX的MSP430有一个软件库，有关于PMM的一些函数，其中就有核电压的升高和降低，连接如下
www.ti.com.cn/.../litabsmultiplefilelist.tsp
在ti的库里有hal_PMM.c 里通过设置SetVCore(unsigned char level)来设定。
