BSL不能烧录啊，求解答，很急啊TAT

芯片是新的，F4793，但是就是不能烧录

下面那个我已经设置了BSL密码了，就是CCS生成的TXT文件里的中断向量，依旧不能烧录啊

 

顺带问一下，CCS和IAR是否可以使用相同的仿真器，如若不能，官方是否有仿真器，若用仿真器下载是否还会有不能烧录的情况（用全新的芯片）
