在手册上明确有8000KHZ的最大晶振限制 但是我之前购买了lunchPad 仿真器部分430F16X使用了12M的晶振
我现在需要6M的频率 所以想知道到底能不能使用12M晶振为XT2

如果您想的到6M的频率，直接在XT2上接6M的晶振就行了啊！建议按照datasheet上的说明来选择，否则可能会出现不可预测的问题！给您带来不必要的麻烦！
