你是不是文件没有安装在默认路径下？
尝试把CCS安装在默认路径。
如果你用的Win 7确认是以管理员的身份安装，点击右键，run as administration.
另外，现在CCS已经升级到6.0。
尝试使用最新版本的CCS吧，5.1 out很久了。
