假如MSP430上电，此时IO口默认是输入，我不对IO操作，那么此时是高电平还是低？又假如上电后，我将P1改为输出，之后不对P1操作，那么电平默认是高还是低？

MSP430上电默认状态是输入，低电平。
如果你设置为数据，及时不对其进行操作，它还是默认低电平。
之后你设置Px口为输出管脚，并且PxOUT寄存器置1，输出才为高电平。
上电后设置管脚为输入的话是高阻态，管脚电平不确定，有高有低，低的概率大一些而已.
不建议这样使用。
