如题，官网上又下载了MSP430WARE，但安装以后还是没有出现。

你 把 430ware安装到哪个路径下了？可以看看ccs5/ccs_base/msp430下面是不是有430ware?
其实最简单靠谱的办法就是下载安装最新的ccs
