The maximum current provided by the TSS721A depends the design of the slave device. In general, a slave device can draw 1 unit load from the MBUS, which is 1.5mA max. The TSS721A can be configured to draw 2 unit load (<3mA) from the MBUS. And the TSS721A consumes 650uA from the bus. So the avaliable current output from the VDD is Ibus - Icc.
