用HCTL-2020对光栅尺信号4细分辩向，用MSP430F149读取HCTL-2020中的数据并用LCD12864显示计数值，加计数每次到32767显示屏就乱码，找了很久找不到原因，程序中没有中断，HCTL-2020中有16位可逆计数器。
