最近测试了产品的低功耗，测试了100个，不良的有11个。正常低功耗在5uA,可是不良的11个低功耗都是不确定的状态，有的20uA，有的300uA，有的一直在变。从软件上检查也没有检查出什么问题，请问下，大概是哪部分除了问题呢。是否是硬件问题。
