我最近购买了MSP430F5529 Launch Pad，当我将它插到电脑里面时，显示 MSP Application UART和MSP Debug Interface驱动安装失败，而且使用CCS 5.4.0版本进行下载的时候，显示USB FET not connected。请问这是怎么回事，求解决方案。
