用了6638的flash模块，数据写在了flash的c和b的地方，断电上电数据还在，但是每次下载程序他都会被擦除这怎么处理啊

这个应该是和你的烧写调试软件的设置有关，你应该是默认设置了在烧写程序的过程中，勾选了擦除information flash的选项。
你可以在工程的属性设置中把这一项取消掉。
