CCS没有单独的license文件，你可以在安装好CCS以后，通过菜单栏里面的help->code composer studio license 来同意设置相关的license类型。
如果是首次运行安装的CCS，它会自动弹出license的对话框，你可以选择采用限时免费的版本。
