安装失败 ，杀毒软件也关了 。 百度上方法都试过了，我的系统是win8.1， 我安装的是ccs5.4版本
之前装过jdk和eclipse，卸载后安装ccs还是出现这个问题，求助！

可以试试CCSv5.5 或者 CCSv6，我在自己的8.1 超极本和8.1 thinkpad 上都有成功安装。
我的杀毒软件和防火墙没有关干净，现在安装好了ccs v6 谢谢！
