买了个 msp430fr5969 launchpad    需要下载驱动  MSP430Drivers-1_00_00_01-windows-installer.exe 

到 software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html 页面下载驱动时，老提示填表单，填完后出现以下错误 ？ 怎么回事？

下个驱动还要老认证啥的。有那么复杂吗？ 奇葩的是，开发板里面光盘都没有？没有就算了， 下载个驱动还搞那么复杂，真想不通TI？
