因为我ADC采集是正电压，所以我选择单极性输出。比如我选择了channel 0，模拟输入口选择A3差分对。我实际的电路图A3+连接至了模拟信号，但A3-我悬空，实际测试发现A3-悬空和接地，ADC采集转换得到的值是一样的，不知道怎么解释，A3-需要接地吗？

需要接地。或者固定电平。
悬空有可能受到干扰
单端信号输入A3差分输入通道的A3+，配置SD16AE=SD16AE7，A3-在内部已经连接到地了
