info存储区也是flash存储结构，典型擦洗次数可以到10万次。
info空间是flash空间的一部分，与flash寿命相当。
擦写寿命保证1万次以上，典型值10万次（msp430G系列）。
保守1万次，典型值10万次
这些是理论值吧，可是连续写了1000不到就出现写不进去。芯片出现烧坏了。
