将MSP-GANG 从1_01_09_00 升级为 1_01_10_00 后， 发现对使用F5438A 的target board进行BSL编程100%失败。
将MSP-GANG的版本回退为1_01_09_00后， BSL编程成功。
请问是否是MSP-GANG 1_01_10_00 版本引入了side effect？
