想咨询请教一下MSP430F5259的技术问题：这一款MCU 有两部分供电: 一个是3V主供电VCC; 一个是1.8V的I/O供电VIO。但是我们实际应用中的外围都是按3V的设计。 请问，我们设计时不给1.8V的VIO供电行不行，只给3V的VCC的主供电系统供电，应用中我们只用到3V的I/O。（1）如果不给1.8V的VIO供电，那么MCU能不能正常调试或下载程序；（2）如果不给1.8V的VIO供电， MCU能不能正常运行？ 谢谢解答。
不行，两路电源轨缺一不可。
