新买的开发板，指导文件中有说明使用5V驱动电压需要将跳线JP3和JP1接通，这只是硬件的操作，但从原理图中看得出Tx5vEn脚也要使能升压芯片产生5V电压，不知道怎么操作才能使得升压芯片产生5V电压。请老师指导一下，谢谢！

JP1和JP2被set后也产生不了5V电压，只有1V多，实际上从我提问中的原理图可以看出，还需要设置升压芯片4脚的电位，但要怎么设置4脚呢？
从原理图上看，Tx5vEn是在P1.1引脚上。
