如题，我选用1.5V或2.5V内部参考电压是，功耗是选用Vcc的20倍，请问选用内部参考功耗能降低到使用Vcc是的功耗么？
我认为基本不可能，任何形式的基准电压发生器都会有自身的功率消耗。所以不可能达到和使用Vcc一样。只能通过使用技巧来降低功耗。
我选vcc作参考不够稳定，选内部参考又太耗电，怎么破！
用内部，用完就关。
