MSP430FR6972IPMR：
目前发现共4片故障芯片MSP430FR6972IPMR，电流大，3.3V变为2.9V，3.0V，3.1V，3.0V，别的功能都正常，主要是功耗大，也就是说费电池，换新CPU后电流为0.电流也为0,一切恢复正常。
