想要使用FET430UIF下载器是不是必须要先安装iar或ccs

有台机器没安装ccs及iar，想直接安装fet430uif的驱动使用下载器，下载软件是Lite FET-Pro430 Elprotronic。
结果安装时总是显示在电脑上找不到软件。我安装的驱动是

后来安装了ccs才能用。

如何才能不依赖ccs或iar就能使用fet430uif呢。
