你用的那个仿真器？MSP-FET还是MSP-FET430UIF ？一般来说开发环境会自动安装驱动的，你安装下IAR或CCS就行了
驱动精灵能装仿真器的驱动吗？还这没听说过。
建议先看下你的仿真器型号，上TI的官网搜索下载一个。
