好像开发环境软件有选项吧
里面的数据都是随机的乱码！
andrew shi, 一般而言，segment A中是calibration data，校准数据，用于存放DCO校准数据，internal reference, ADC 等校准数据。一般而言，不要轻易擦除。另外，如Fuchong Wang所说，开发环境的确是有是否擦除的选项的，CCS和IAR均有。
在IAR中，是：Options, 你可以选择是否擦除information memory
在CCS中，Properties->Debug0->MSP430 Properties, 如下图所示：
