LP-MSPM0G3507: keil运行debug的时候卡死

我配置keil以后想通过板载的LP-MSPM0G3507 调试器进行程序调试，烧录程序是正常的，但是如果在连接开发板想进入debug的时候就会很卡，需要很长时间才能加载出来，而且在debug模式下会很容易使keil卡死以至于无法正常调试程序，请问如何解决？

以下是我的debug配置，已经降低了SW的通信速率。
