先说一下我这边的基本配置情况，
1：win xp 32位。
2：CC31xx_CC32xx_ServicePack-1.0.0.1.1-windows-installer.exe。
3：CC3200SDK-1.0.0-windows-installer.exe。
4：CCS 6.0.1
现在uniflash format 正常，烧写 servicepack_1.0.0.1.1.bin
后有如下打印，个人认为是正常的，

之后我编译例程 udp_socket，生成udp_socket.bin 也是紧接着烧写进去，发现出现问题如下
