bsl下载器，可以给msp430f133、msp430f149、msp430f169加载，但是给msp430f5438a时，报错。
用“430工具软件 利尔达”报错“加载BSL密码失败”如图

是软件不支持MSP430F5438A吗？不知是哪里出问题了？

MSP430F5438A的BSL有点特殊，一般的烧写器是不支持的。
你可以查看一下5438A的errata sheet，里面有关于BSL的两个管脚进入BSL模式的具体要求。
