想给正在制作中的红外遥控器装三节7号AAA电池来作电源故会需要把3.3v~4.5v的输入电源转成稳定的3.3v并且待机功耗(<10uA)时的转换效率还可以的稳压IC已经找到有LP2951、LM3480-3.3、LM3940这几个LDO只是不知道哪款会比较适合这样低功率的使用情况
这种情况要选用超低静态功耗的电源管理ic，比如tps65290等

一般选用LDO，在输出电流能够满足的情况下，一般IQ小的会好点
