我也是用的win7，可以正常使用
我用ccs6.1，这个是msp432开发板插上提示安装的。跟开发环境无关，一共提示四个，一个串口安装成功，还有一个是data port也可以
xp系统下能不能用launchpad msp432p401，我发的这两个驱动是插上launchpad的时候提示安装的，一共四个，两个成功这两个不行
