F449的P6口和ADC输入口复用的问题

F449电源只接了DVcc1和DVss1，P6口用作ADC输入是正常工作，但用P6.3做IO口控制DS18B20时会出现跑飞现象。

当时调试时有：换不同的P6口试，都会在DS18B20初始化时死掉，而用其它IO则没有问题。声明一点，测试时只用了时钟初始化和18B20程序。想确认一下是不是电源设计不合理的原因。
