我现在在做的一块板子使用msp430f5438，I/O电压为3.3V，通过UART和外设连接，外设的UART是TTL电平，也是3.3V，请教是否可以直接将msp430f5438的UART和TTL电平的外设直接连接，如果不可以的话，是否有推荐的转换芯片，谢谢。
可以直接连接的，msp430上也是ttl电平
