建议您重新装一下驱动 http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/MSP430_JTAG_Interface_USB_Driver#Low-Level_USB_CDC_or_VCP_Drivers （安装CDC） 。或者若您使用CCS环境的话，CCS是自带驱动的。安装文件在C:\ti\ccsv5\ccs_base\emulation\drivers\msp430\ 。
