14PIN接口没有连接，接上USB线，指示灯就常亮。无法下载程序。貌似损耗了。

楼主没有搞过430，官方的开发板吗，上面那个下载器弄下里用啊，很不错的，LaunchPad上就有啊，也不贵。
检查下硬件有没有问题，没问题的话刷一下固件试试
