LEA进行矢量乘官方接口是这样的msp_status msp_cmplx_mpy_q15(const msp_cmplx_mpy_q15_params *params, const _q15 *srcA, const _q15 *srcB, _q15 *dst)，他支持输入是16位宽，输出是32位宽吗？如果可以修改，接口该如何操作
