MSP430FR6043: FRAM 的0x6000-0x63FF段无法擦除

Part Number: MSP430FR6043

MSP430FR6043芯片，用FET-PRO430工具烧程序，发现0x6000-0x63FF段擦除后为FF 3F，而不是FF FF，并且不能写入内容，地址0x6400后擦除写入正常，用IAR是同样的问题
