手上有一个TI最新 的430仿真器，黑色的，在设备管理器上已显示串口正常，但是在IAR 5.4版本确不能仿真，提示fail to initialize device,不知道是什么原因，请大虾指导，谢谢

iar版本太低了。一般越是比较新的硬件，越是要使用新的开发环境。
IAR版本太低，要使用IAR6.3版本，或者使用CCS6 。
这个问题我遇到过。希望对你有用。
