在使用IAR软件Running（不关闭软件）时，串口助手可以获取接收到的数据，但是关闭软件时，串口助手无法接收数据
1.程序下载到了MCU了，因为用IAR一步一步运行可以查到UCA0TXBUF和UCA0RXBUF有值。
2.示波器查看RX是有方波波形，但是输出波形是三角波
是由于MAX3232的电源滤波电容值太小，导致电源纹波太大，输出值有误
