dTOF和absTOF的单位是秒。
volume flow rate的单位取决于你的设置，可以将其视为LPH或GPM。
你好 我是以每秒一次的速率测量 想计算两百次测量的标准偏差 如果tof单位是秒的话 数据似乎太大了 标准偏差有一万多ps 然而气体流量检测精度应该小于500ps 这是怎么回事
