1.该工具可以实现TIVA系列芯片引脚的配置初始化
2.可以直接把引脚的配置代码 导出为.c和.h文件。

使用步骤如下：
1.打开软件，选择所需要配置的芯片
2.可以选择引脚进行配置或者选择外设进行配置
3.保存配置好的.c和.h文件
