怎么更新固件，是在help里check for updates 么？我已经updates了好几次了。如果打开ccs直接DEBUG还是提示无法连接到开发板。可能我比较笨，您能否提供个傻瓜教程，让我先把DEMO跑起来。
按照黑窗口的提示我找到了更新固件的文件，按照README.txt的步骤操作，点击xdsdfu.exe，出现快速黑窗口，然后迅速关闭，最后一行提示no file required云云
